Course Description
The Wonder Run will be an out and back 5k in the scenic neighborhood of
Country Estates. The start will be in
front of Wonderland school. The
turnaround point is just before Triple Crown Run. There are a few rolling hills with twist and
turns, but most of the course is flat.
The Family Walk is about a mile loop, which starts
out the same direction of the 5k, but will make a left at the first cross road
on Country Estates Drive. Then there will be 3 more left turns until you end up
back at Wonderland School. We will have
turns marked.
There
will be two distances for the kids (A
Kids K 1000m and a Tot Trot 200m) , both of
which will be an out and back
starting in front of the school. The
Kids K is for ages 6-12 and the Tot Trot is ages 4-5. There will be cones set up for each turn
around and event staff patrolling areas.
We will start the Kids K first followed by the Tot Trot a few minutes
later. Parents may run alongside their
youngsters for either race.

Registration
will begin at 7:00 am. If you are
pre-registered you may pick up your packet and warm up along the course until
15 minutes to start, then we will get everyone lined up.

Parking
will be at Wonderland School, Grace Bible Church and along street. There will be a water station along the
course at the 1 mile point (which will be at mile 2 after the turn around
point) and at finish line. There will
be music, refreshments, door prizes and
awards after the race. Awards will be for
overall male and female for 5k, Kids K and Tot Trot. Age group awards will also be three deep for
male and female in the 5k. All kids get
a participation award.
