We operate
our program in phases of exercise design.
This means you will follow a set interval template for 3 to 5 weeks
prior to changing to a different set and repetition protocol powered by Workout
Muse. We have found that in order to
reach optimal results you need to follow a parameter of exercises for 3 to 5
weeks prior to changing to a different interval set. Please note schedule is subject to change.

2012 Orientations will be held on the first Saturday of the Month
Orientation includes Assessments (weight, body comp, circumference measurements), Grocery Store Tour (learn how to shop correctly), and/or a Workout.
