HH Fitness Boot Camp FAQs
Below are some common questions that we receive from HH Fitness Boot Camps prospects:
1.) When are boot camp classes offered? What does each class consist of?
HH Fitness Boot Camps offers 45-minute workouts for busy professionals that run Monday through Saturday at Diaz Martial Arts in San Marcos, Central Texas Medical Center in San Marcos, or All Star Elite Cheer Studion in New Braunfels.
The times and locations we hold the Boot Camps are:
Monday-Wednesday-Friday:

8:10 am at Diaz Martial Arts
12:00 pm at Diaz Martial Arts
4:00 pm at Diaz Martial Arts
Tuesday and Thursday:
5:30 am at Studio of Dance in New Braunfels
5:30 pm at CTMC
Saturday:
8:30 am at Diaz Martial Arts
All campers are encouraged to select one class time and location for each phase of boot camp. However, we understand you are busy individuals and events arise in you day, so you can attend the location and time that best fits your schedule.
Arrival Time: Each boot camp instructor will arrive on location and open the doors 10 minutes before the official start of the workout. This is a time to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns with the on-site trainer before the start of the workout.
Please know that our main focus is keeping our campers safe and healthy. Therefore, each class begins with a complete, warm-up emphasizing mobility and activation to best prevent unwanted injury and to allow for an effective workout. Thus, late arrivals will not be allowed to workout without a proper warm-up. Individuals who are chronically tardy will be subject to membership suspension or termination, this is on a case-by-case basis.
Departure Time: Each boot camp instructor will remain for an extra 10-15 minutes after each session to address any personal questions or concerns.
Campers are encouraged to participate in the post-workout routine to best prevent nagging aches and pains and reduce soreness between workouts. However, this program caters to busy women and men, and we do understand if you need to leave immediately at the end of main workout. In this case, campers are expected to perform their post-workout routines at another time for best results.

3.) How long is each boot camp?
Our fitness boot camp program operates on a 45-week annual training calendar based on seasonal variations and corporate/school schedules. We offer 8 phases of boot camp classes per year, each lasting 3-8 weeks in length with a 1 week transition period in between based on the time of year.
4.) How does the Try-Out Process work?
HH Fitness Boot Camps uses a try-out to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each member. If you are invited to join our program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.
Lastly, all Try-Out members must attend an initial boot camp orientation. This orientation is meant to assess the current fitness level of each new Try-Out member and answer any questions or concerns prior to your first workout. Please refer to the Class Schedule and Annual Training Calendar for more details.
5.) How do I get invited into the program?
During the Try-out, we expect each member to attend at least 5 available workouts. This shows us that you are serious about getting results. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis if the on-site trainer is provided with advanced notice of an impending scheduling conflict.
However, attendance alone does not guarantee an invite to our program. We want to see that you are having fun and are bringing positive energy to the group. Complainers and whiners are NOT welcome!
Bottom line- if you make as many workouts as you can, work hard, and bring a positive mental attitude; you will put yourself in the best position to be a part of our program.
Special Note: If you have received a specific membership giveaway through a charity event or some other special promotion, the invite process will not apply until the end of this extended trial. Please make sure to hand in your special trial card with your initial registration form prior to boot camp orientation.
6.) How much does the program cost?
