Session#1- Group Orientation- Learn Your Workouts of the Month: We will teach you and other Boot-Camp-To-Go Members the workouts of the month, complete with level I, II, and III exercise progressions to best accommodate your current fitness level. You will also have the opportunity to ask any and all questions you may have about your monthly workouts at this time.

Session#2, 3, &/or 4- Group Workout- Crank it to the Boot Camp Workout of the Month: We will provide you and other Boot-Camp-To-Go Members with a killer wild-card workout each month to provide a nice change of pace from your monthly training routines. The inherent social support and accountability of the group exercise format will also help you stay the course with your workout routines and make new friends in fitness. It’s also nice to know that you can see your trainer ever 1-2 weeks to best keep you in check.
